Sanchez is fired up

ALEXIS SANCHEZ has revealed he’s in the shape of his life – and ready to prove he’s worth £350,000 a week at Manchester United.

Sanchez has divided United fans since his arrival from Arsenal on a swap deal with Henrikh Mkhitaryan in January.

But the 29-year-old believes, after his first summer off for nine years, United are at last ready see the best of him.

“I am mentally and physically rested,” said Sanchez. “Now I know my team-mates, I can focus on winning. I am here to show my quality.

“I’m off to a great start. It’s been years since I had a pre-season like this and I’m in good shape now.”
