Rehab Ben: I want to be a better man
BROKEN Batman star Ben Affleck told his ex-wife he “desperately wants to be a better person” before she took him to rehab, sources have revealed.
Ben, 46, made the vow to Jennifer Garner as she staged an intervention at his €2million LA mansion amid fears for his health.
He is said to have insisted he wanted to change his ways for the sake of their children Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six.
Four days ago devoutly religious Jennifer, also 46, drove a red and tearful looking Ben to a treatment facility called The Canyon.
Yesterday the couple were said to have settled their marathon divorce battle, set to be filed in court after his rehab.
