Use abortion pill at home

WOMEN in England will be able to take an early abortion pill at home by the end of the year.

Currently those who end a pregnancy in the first ten weeks must take two pills at a clinic, up to two days apart. New rules mean the second is allowed to be taken out of the clinic, avoiding the risk of women miscarrying on the way home.
