NEW Doctor Who Jodie Whittaker knocks back half a bottle of wine a day.
The 36-year-old mum said: “Drinking wine every day is my guiltiest pleasure.
“I have half a bottle a day. There is a lot of pleasure and a lot of guilt so it ticks both boxes.”
The first female Time Lord also revealed she got her tongue pierced at 15.
“I had train-track braces on both my top and bottom teeth, big mistake!”
The Broadchurch actress, from West Yorkshire, told of her most embarrassing moment: “My brother read out my diary on the school bus when I was 14. It was about a boy I fancied who was on the bus.”
The new Doctor Who series returns on BBC1 on October 7.
