Cop and two men injured in dog attack
Pets seized on street A POLICE officer and two other men were seriously hurt in a dog attack.
Cops were called out yesterday after reports that the victims, aged 79 and 59, had been mauled by two pets in a back garden.
The younger man is said to have potentially life-changing injuries.
West Yorkshire Police said one of their officers was bitten and seriously hurt as he caught one animal in Moortown, Leeds, at around 4.40am.
Two people, believed to be the dogs’ owners, have been arrested.
A police spokesman said: “The 59-year-old man has received potentially life-changing injuries.
“An officer was also bitten and has been seriously injured. The dogs have been seized.” Crown court
