How I coped with.. back pain

-

I HAD a fall three years ago which caused two fractures, a bulged disc and degeneration of the spine.

The back pain was debilitating and I struggled to sleep.

The only option doctors could give me at the time was regular steroid injections and strong painkillers.

However, this just masked the problem and a course of physiotherapy only made the pain worse.

The outlook was pretty bleak until I came across a chiropractic care clinic in London called Proback. It offered a non-invasive treatment called Radial Shockwave Therapy. It identifies misalignments in the spine and then targets them with vibrations to increase blood flow and promote healing. I was sceptical but there has been an 85 per cent improvement compared to before.

I can go to the gym and wear high heels again, with people noticing a difference in my posture and my face.

And the biggest thing is I won’t have to rely on medications for the rest of my life.
