Lew: Ferrari cracking up

LEWIS HAMILTON believes Ferrari are cracking under the pressure of this season’s championship fight.

World champion Hamilton (below) claimed his 80th pole position for today’s Japanese Grand Prix after an embarrassing tyre blunder by Ferrari relegated Sebastian Vettel to eighth on the grid.

Hamilton said: “Every team has smart people, but ultimately when it comes to being under pressure [it’s about] making the right decisions and the right calls.”
