Punter bags €6k from €15 bet on horses

AN Irish horse racing fan enjoyed a profitable day out after bagging €6,000 on a bet.

The Roscommon customer placed a €1 Lucky 15, with a total stake of €15, on four horses at Wolverhampton on Friday.

All won their respective races seeing initial winnings of €5,471.

As the Lucky 15 had four winning selections, Boylesports’ 10% bonus kicked in and saw and extra €547.10 added to the winnings bringing the grand total up to €6,018.10.

The selections were – Billyfairplay at 6/1 in the 5.45, Darwina at 10/1 in the 6.15, Carlovian at 15/2 in the 6.45 and Charlie D at 4/1 in the 7.15.
