Digger used in ATM theft

THIEVES used a digger to pull an ATM from the wall of a service station.

The Millstone filling station, on the Templepatrick Road in Ballyclare, Co Antrim, was targeted early yesterday.

It is not known if they managed to get any cash.

Cllr Vera Mcwilliam said: “We are disgusted this has happened, the service station serves us all well and to think we have these people in our community is not nice.”
