11 killed in flash floods
FLASH floods in Jordan have killed 11 people and forced the evacuation of nearly 4,000 tourists from the city of Petra.
Rescue teams are searching for five people after their car was swept away in Madaba. Weeks of heavy rain have triggered a state of emergency in port city Aqaba.
Floodwaters in some areas rose to 13ft.
