Men held on David killing are released
David Boland TWO men arrested by gardai investigating the alleged murder of David Boland have been released without charge.
The pair, both aged in their 20s, were detained on Friday afternoon in connection with the death of the 34-year-old.
Mr Boland, who ran an engineering business, died from injuries sustained in an incident on November 1 on Duke Street in Athy, Co Kildare.
The next day, two men were arrested and a 20-year-old man is facing charges linked to the death.
This brings to four the number of people arrested to date. Gardai said a file will be prepared for the director of public prosecutions and the investigation is ongoing.
