Rockers pack out 3Arena for final Dublin show

-

FANS filled the streets yesterday as they headed to the 3Arena in Dublin to watch U2 perform.

Yesterday the band played their fourth and final gig of their EXPERIENCE + INNOCENCE tour in the capital to 14,000 people.

On Friday, the Sweetest Thing hitmakers flew through a setlist which included I Will Follow and Beautiful Day. However, the band kept at a minimum the number of tunes from their 1987 masterpiece The Joshua Tree, which dominated their previous set in Croke Park last year.

They will now go on to play a date in Berlin on Tuesday before wrapping up for the year until next May, when they go on to do a string of shows in the US.
