Fam­ily press for bal­cony death probe

Kirsty Max­well THE heart­bro­ken fam­ily of Kirsty Max­well, who fell to her death from a Benidorm ho­tel room, are push­ing for a new in­ves­ti­ga­tion.

Their lawyer is hop­ing a judge will or­der a probe on Thurs­day at a hear­ing into her fi­nal mo­ments.

Kirsty, 27, died on a hen do in April last year after fall­ing from a 10th floor room where five British men were stay­ing. They deny any in­volve­ment.

Eight po­lice of­fi­cers will be quizzed dur­ing the hear­ing in Benidorm. The fam­ily’s new lawyer is ex­pected to urge the judge to or­der a fuller probe.

This week it emerged no “for­eign DNA” had been found un­der the bank worker’s fin­ger­nails.
