“He wasn’t the same child. When Ryan was born he was a lovable kid. I used to run home from work to play with him as any happy dad would.

“Then suddenly there was a change. After the vaccine he wasn’t as responsive or coherent. It was like someone just took the battery out.” Brendan admitted he misses his job as a carpenter He said: “It’s been years of labour and crying, love, care and stress – you can’t measure that in financial terms. “I feel this Government just doesn’t want to know.
