Valencia’s got Mour problems

JOSE MOURINHO heads to Valencia this week with the Spanish side in even more turmoil than Manchester United.

Valencia – considered Spain’s ‘fourth team’ behind Barcelona and the two Madrid sides – had won just three of their 14 La Liga games before yesterday’s clash with Seville and are languishin­g in the bottom half of the Spanish league.

Their poor start, mirrored by Mourinho’s United in the Premier League, has left coach Marcelino Garcia Toral under pressure – and he has been clashing with his leading players too.

Tension bubbled over between Toral and star striker Goncalo Guedes – yet to score since he signed from Paris Saintgerma­in in the summer – in the recent 2-0 defeat at Real Madrid.
