Teenage boy, 17, injured in gang attack

A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been injured after being assaulted by a gang of around 14 youths.

The incident happened on Friday at around 8am at the Mill Shopping Centre in South Dublin.

The teenager’s parent shared details of the assault on the Clondalkin Neighbourhood Watch Facebook page.

The post said: “My son and his friend were attacked at the Mill Shopping Centre entrance by at least 14 teenagers.”

The parent also appealed for help in identifying the gang.

Gardai confirmed they are investigating the incident.
