With A Star Is Born poised to sweep the boards over awards season, it is expected Hollywood studios will be getting their melodies and harmonies composed in a bid to cash in on the feel good factor with audiences.

Meanwhile, Mary Poppins Return – which is expected to be one of the biggest films of the year – is set to open in Irish cinemas next week. And a string of musicals are hitting the big screen in 2019.
