NEAL ARDLEY has urged Notts County to turn around their form quickly.

County are now six points from safety after Greg Taylor netted Cambridge’s winner.

Ardley said: “I told the players that I and everybody else needs more from them.

“There was nothing in the game, but it was the same old, same old.”

Cambridge boss Colin Calderwood said: “I said to the players they showed terrific grit and determination.”
