Bruce blasted by Baggies fans as Swans steal it late

ANGRY West Brom fans turned on Steve Bruce after another defensive horror show from his underachievers.

Boss Bruce watched in disbelief as a penalty miss by Karlan Grant and a late winner from Michael Obafemi extended their miserable start to the season.

“You’re getting sacked in the morning,” was the chant from both sets of supporters after a topsyturvy

The manager has not spoken to club officials and insisted he can still turn it around even though he accepts his job could be under threat.

He added: “I don’t expect reassurances. I will get on with the job of what I’ve been given. We need to turn it around and I am convinced we will. “I’ve not given up yet.” Matt Sorinola opened the scoring after just five minutes but Albion hit back through Jake Livermore.

Grady Diangana then collected an inch-perfect pass from Jed Wallace and his low shot gave Steven Benda no chance.

Sub Olivier Ntcham wormed his way round three defenders and fired home. He was also the creator for Obafemi’s late winner.
