Sky’s the limit for ace Tom

-

GARY ROWETT joked that he was going to order a load of fake cameras to make Tom Bradshaw think he is playing live on TV every week.

Millwall star Bradshaw celebrated back-to-back hat-tricks in front of the Sky cameras at The Den after his treble against Watford in October was followed up with another against Sheffield United yesterday.

Lions boss Rowett said: “I think on Amazon you can buy fake cameras – and I am going to put them around the ground to see if I can convince him that Sky are at every single home game.

“He certainly likes playing in front of the cameras.”

It looked as if this might not be Bradshaw’s day when he failed to slot past Wes Foderingham after four minutes – and was denied a penalty when flagged offside.

He only took two minutes to atone for his early miss as he beat the Blades keeper with a fierce near-post drive.

The visitors made the most of their penalty escape to draw level in the 39th-minute with a Tommy Doyle free-kick.

Bradshaw produced a stunning header to restore the hosts’ lead in the 63rd minute. Sub James Mcatee looked to have salvaged a point for the visitors in the 81st minute when he turned in the box to slam home.

But Bradshaw had the last laugh as he turned in another Andreas Voglsammer cross two minutes from time.

Blades boss Paul Heckingbottom said: “We started like a team still in our beds from Wednesday night.”
