FARKE IS THE GUNN MAKER
BY NORWICH legend Bryan Gunn admits Leeds boss Daniel Farke has helped make the career of his son Angus.
Gunn senior will be in the crowd at Carrow Road today to watch City keeper Angus try to shut out Leeds in their play-off semi-final first leg.
Gunn (right), 28, first impressed on loan from Manchester City, earning a £10million move to Southampton before returning to Norwich.
Gunn, 60, said: “Angus played 51 of 52 games in his loan season at Norwich. Daniel had the faith in him to play him in those games when he was 21-22 years old.
“It gave him the opportunity to play at a good level. And it led to a transfer to Southampton.”
