IMELDA May’s popularity in Wexford is in no doubt following a second Spiegeltent Festival sellout in double-quick time.
Tickets for the Dublin singer’s show in the Spiegeltent on the Quayfront on Monday, October 23, sold out in a record-breaking eight minutes last Friday week.
Tickets for a second date, on Tuesday, October 31, went on sale last Friday and queues at the box office on North Main Street formed from 6.30 a.m. The tickets, at €40 each, were all quickly snapped up and promoters reported a complete sellout within 24 hours.
