Halting site works ending

IMPROVEMENT works at the halting site in Marshmeadows are due to be completed by Christmas.

Senior Housing Officer Padraig O’Gorman said a new barrier is being installed next week and the footpath will be extended from the garage to the halting site.

Cllr Larry O’Brien called for the trees and ditches bordering the site to be cut and enquired if the old entrance road will be closed which was used by people who used the halting site to dump rubbish.
