Guilty of public order offence

New Ross Standard - - NEWS -

AN ILL-JUDGED visit to the home of an ex-girlfriend proved expensive to the tune of €100 by way of fine for Martin Kinsella (31), 54 Mount Carmel, New Ross.

The District Court was told that the girlfriend did not let him in because he was in a highly intoxicated state.

The result was that Garda John Haley arrested him for a public order offence at Priory Street on March 16

Solicitor Gerry Flynn said that his unemployed client, who resides with his mother, hopes to get work in the new year.
