The fitness competition is back for its 12th season, and has comething of a new look, it’s now based in the north County Dublin town of Balbriggan, where it’s hoped the community will get involved. New medical expert Dr Sumi Dunne joins the experts’ panel and host Kathryn Thomas spearheads another national 5k campaign.
