Man fined €200 for offences

MOTORING offences added up to €200 by way of fines for James Berry of 36 Cluain Huigheid, Hewittsland, New Ross.

The District Court was told that the accused learner permit holder was intercepted at Charles Street on May 28 last.

He had no qualified driver with him (fine €100) and no up to date motor tax disc (fine €100).
