Decree against boat owner

FISHING boat owner Thomas Whitty Riverdale of Battlestown, Ramsgrange was named on a decree for €597 granted against him to Wexford County Council.

The case was taken by the local authority in pursuit of charges levied for use of the harbour at Duncannon.

His solicitor indicated that Whitty agreed to pay the €597 plus legal costs.
