Rosbercon man fined €80 for public order offence

JAMES Berry (22) from 5 Raheen, Rosbercon was fined €80 at the District Court for a public order offence.

He was found falling in front of traffic at North Street in New Ross. The arresting garda noted that Barry’s speech was slurred and that he smelled of alcohol.
