Probation Act

Wayne McLoughlin (40), Old Ross, thanked Judge Brian O’Shea as he was left without a drugs conviction against his name at Wexford District Court on Tuesday, May 19.

McLoughlin faced prosecution after he was intercepted in September with €5 worth of cannabis herb.

The benefit of the Probation Act was allowed to the offender.
