Recently launched online in Ireland, Anonyme caught my eye for two reasons – the beautiful prints and cuts, but also, the company’s intriguing promise that its designers will forever remain anonymous – hence the name. Here’s what they have to say: “For many years, the fashion world has put designers on a pedestal and forgotten that the clothes and the wearer should take the spotlight. At Anonyme, we remain behind a mask because we believe that the identity of the woman is more important than the identity of the designer.” Well said! Anonyme certainly delivers on the promise – you’ll find beautifully made, affordable luxury pieces. There are culottes and jumpsuits for daytime, sophisticated and cut to flatter, as well as dresses, skirts and blouses in classic shapes and eye-catching prints – clash them if you feel brave enough. I especially love the transseasonal maxi dresses, which can be made winter-friendly with tights and boots. Available online at
