From the start, he opened up his kitchen for budding or ex­pe­ri­enced cooks to learn top tech­niques and in­dulge in tast­ings, fol­lowed by a four-course lunch with Cham­pagne and wine pair­ings, and a goodie bag to take home. The Gar­den Walk is a new chef ex­pe­ri­ence at Cli at Lyons, Kil­dare, which o ers an in­tro­duc­tion to kitchen gar­den­ing with head chef Nathan Di­mon. En­joy a one-hour talk, bas­ket in hand, at the ho­tel’s beau­ti­fully tended gar­den, full of in­gre­di­ents for sea­sonal cook­ing.
