Jake feels as­sailed on all fronts when Cris­tiano pushes him to nd a new ca­reer, and Will is less than im­pressed by his job at Brewz­ers. Will o ers to help Jake, but he’s not keen on the idea and throws it back in Will’s face.

Later, Will hosts a fundraiser, but Jake re­fuses to help as he thinks Will is do­ing it just for the at­ten­tion and praise. This proves to be un­true as it turns out Will was try­ing to ful l a dy­ing pa­tient’s wish, and Cris­tiano laments the wors­en­ing feud be­tween the men in his life.

At his wits’ end, Cris­tiano asks Will to per­sist with Jake, who soon re­veals that he is wor­ried Will might not have changed his ly­ing ways and will be­tray Cris­tiano. Will clears the air and in­sists he cares for Cris­tiano, and the pair let by­gones be by­gones.

Else­where, Cal­lum is in good spir­its when Tessa agrees to speak with him but his mood sours when she in­sists things are over be­tween them. He later spots Lee re­turn­ing Tessa’s neck­lace and sus­pects that they are sleep­ing to­gether. How­ever, he’s left red-faced when he re­alises he was mis­taken, but makes it known that he’s go­ing nowhere.

Mean­while, Dearbhla isn’t mak­ing her­self wel­come while stay­ing at Jane’s. Jane pokes fun at her, but feels sym­pa­thetic when she re­alises how lit­tle Dearbhla ac­tu­ally has. How­ever, it’s not long be­fore she tires of Dearbhla’s drama queen ways.
