This year’s Dublin Theatre Festival runs from September 27 to October 14 and features a tantalisin­g selection of new work, fresh versions of classic plays and adventurou­s internatio­nal production­s, created by renowned artists as well as emerging voices, with shows for children, young people and adults. The Dublin Theatre Festival is giving some lucky readers the following prizes:

One pair of tickets to the opening night of The Misfits, a re-imagining by Annie Ryan (Corn Exchange) of Arthur Miller’s iconic film, brought to the stage for the first time at Smock Alley Theatre on September 30.

Two pairs of tickets to the opening night of Everyone’s Fine with Virginia Woolf, a new play from Obie-award winning Elevator Repair Service, who took the Festival by storm in 2008 with their show, Gatz. O’Reilly Theatre Belvedere on October 4.

One pair of tickets to the opening night of Bartók’s Bluebeard’s Castle, directed by Enda Walsh for Irish National Opera, with acclaimed mezzo-soprano Paula Murrihy returning home for a rare Irish performanc­e, alongside Joshua Bloom at the Gaiety Theatre on October 12.
