This will be the first time that The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet will perform their spectacular new production of Swan Lake outside Russia. This is the ultimate classical version of Swan Lake and features 60 world-class Russian dancers. Audiences will be dazzled as Tchaikovsky’s fabulous score is performed live by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra. The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet is also bringing Giselle to the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre for one night only on Sunday, November 18. Considered the world’s most romantic ballet, Giselle was first performed in Paris in 1840. Giselle is The Tchaikovsky Perm State Ballet’s traditional production, sympathetically accompanied by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra to Adolphe Adam’s original score.
