Jacob covers for the fact that he is attracted to his dad’s girlfriend by making out that he and Liv are dating. Liv is morti ed and insists that they are just good friends. Maya corners Jacob and asks him if he lied just to make her jealous. He doesn’t answer but Maya is sure she’s right. Jacob eventually admits the truth and Maya tells him she’s attered. e pair shares a kiss but Maya is horri ed by what she’s done. She tells Jacob that no one can nd out about their encounter, knowing she could lose her job. Jacob feels guilty when he sees how upset his father is a er Maya says she is moving out.
An easily led Noah nds himself involved in another of Leanna’s pranks and helps her ood the school by sticking towels down the toilets. When the mischief-making pair returns to the village, they encourage Amelia to help them release animals from the vets. Later, Daz warns Noah to avoid Amelia but it just gives him an idea for another prank. Noah and Leanna break into Dale Head and nd the keys for Daz’s car. Amelia arrives on the scene and tries to stop the pair stealing Daz’s car but Leanna tricks her into going on a joyride. An argument soon breaks out between Amelia and Leanna and the car swerves into a grass verge.
Elsewhere, Daz overindulges during a meeting with his new boss, Trish, but he soon realises she has ulterior motives. He ends up in a taxi with Trish but when she tries it on he gets out of the taxi, leaving himself stranded. He walks home but spots his car in a eld. He has a quick forty winks and foolishly decides to drive home. However, he gets distracted by a ringing phone and hits something. He gets out of his car to investigate and realises that he’s knocked someone down.
