Fans of Roald Dahl will be delighted by the news that Net ix are bringing many of the great man’s classic stories to the small screen. The streaming service has teamed up with the Dahl estate for a new slate of animated tales from the acclaimed author, including adaptations of such beloved works as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The BFG and
The Twits. “Our mission, which is purposefully lofty,” says Roald Dahl’s widow, Felicity, “is for as many children as possible around the world to experience the unique magic and positive message of Roald Dahl’s stories.”
