Jake feels assailed on all fronts when Cristiano pushes him to nd a new career, and Will is less than impressed by his job at Brewzers. Will o ers to help Jake, but he’s not keen on the idea and throws it back in Will’s face.
Later, Will hosts a fundraiser, but Jake refuses to help as he thinks Will is doing it just for the attention and praise. This proves to be untrue as it turns out Will was trying to ful l a dying patient’s wish, and Cristiano laments the worsening feud between the men in his life.
At his wits’ end, Cristiano asks Will to persist with Jake, who soon reveals that he is worried Will might not have changed his lying ways and will betray Cristiano. Will clears the air and insists he cares for Cristiano, and the pair let bygones be bygones.
Elsewhere, Callum is in good spirits when Tessa agrees to speak with him but his mood sours when she insists things are over between them. He later spots Lee returning Tessa’s necklace and suspects that they are sleeping together. However, he’s left red-faced when he realises he was mistaken, but makes it known that he’s going nowhere.
Meanwhile, Dearbhla isn’t making herself welcome while staying at Jane’s. Jane pokes fun at her, but feels sympathetic when she realises how little Dearbhla actually has. However, it’s not long before she tires of Dearbhla’s drama queen ways.
