Ecstatic, Al e arranges a meal for the Slaters and everyone is happy - until Kat receives a message from Al e saying that he is in trouble. Later, she nds half a message from Al e in her bag, but in a rather undramatic plot twist, Ernie has eaten the other half.

Kat and Stacey search high and low for any clues of Al e’s whereabouts, to no avail. A furious Phil barges in demanding answers, convinced that Al e has done a runner. Will Al e come back, or will he leave Kat to clean up his mess?

All’s not well in the Carter household, as the feud between Mick and Johnny continues. Matters are complicated further when Megan informs Mick that the football team has folded. De ated, Mick goes for a kickabout with Ollie. Megan joins them and shows up Mick’s football skills with some of her own. After a fun day with Ollie, Mick realises that the best thing to do would be to coach the team again and contacts Mitch to set it up.

Mitch agrees to help, and manages to persuade Karen to look after Bailey while he’s away. Karen has just had an argument with Keegan, however, who is having a di cult time when he is reminded of Shakil.
