Sonia prepares to take him home and the pair shares a poignant moment when he shows her an important memento that his father had passed on to him and his wife. Dot is busy preparing for his arrival and the gravity of his illness hits home when everyone sees how frail he is. is upsets Bex, who goes to Sonia for support. Dot and Doctor Legg spend time together, and she gives him one last, thoughtful gi before he closes his eyes for the last time.
On the day of Doctor Legg’s funeral, Dot is too ill to attend and she’s annoyed when she thinks the residents of Walford aren’t paying their proper respects. With Dot unable to give the eulogy, Sonia is at the chapel in her place. Later, Dot is touched to see so many people turn up at e Vic, and together, they all say a nal farewell to the good doctor.
Meanwhile, Karen is anxious about Keanu’s absence. She goes to Sharon and Phil, demanding to know where he is, but Phil gives her no information. Karen pressures Sharon to help, and Sharon desperately manipulates Louise into getting the truth from Phil. However, none of them are prepared for a picture of a beaten-up Keanu.
