Seána Kerslake is terrific as the Drogheda tearaway whom we first meet on her release from prison. The title refers to Mary’s attempt to find a date for a wedding, but this is no Richard Curtis-style rom-com. It’s a rich, multi-layered study of a young woman seeking a place in society.
