Cairde Sligo Arts Festival (CSAF) returns from July 6 to 13 with an extended programme of Irish and international writers, musicians, artists and performers. Highlights include American genre-busting author Maggie Nelson ( The Argonauts) making her first ever Irish appearance; celebrated Australian classical guitarist Craig Ogden; a sublime double bill featuring two of the most distinctive voices in Irish folk performers Lisa O’Neill and Seamus Fogarty; and the world premiere of Uprooted, a Cairde SAF collaboration with Brokentalkers which explores the experiences of new communities in Ireland.
