Heather says farewell to Carrigstown as she and Brendan prepare to return to Brazil. However, Heather confesses that she doesn’t want Renee to come with them. Renee decides to stay, and as Heather bids a tearful farewell, Hughie is left feeling more isolated than ever.
Elsewhere, Cristiano makes up with Eoghan, but Dean proves a tougher nut to crack. Eoghan’s plan to make amends back res and Dean tells Cristiano to stay out of it. Will, however, manages to cool things down between Eoghan and Dean, leaving Cristiano annoyed that Will succeeded where he failed.
Later, Cristiano has some big ideas for Brewzers, but Will is doubtful and advises him to slow down. Will tells Mondo that he thinks Cristiano is taking on too much, but Cristiano is adamant that he needs to do things his way, leaving Will seething.
As the pair clash, one of Cristiano’s plans falls through. Will tells him to be more business-minded, but when yet more plans fail, Cristiano dreads telling Will. Thankfully, Will comes up with a novel idea that saves the day.
Elsewhere, Charlotte cancels a meeting with Carol and Dearbhla at the last minute. Carol is fuming, but Dearbhla is stunned when she realises why – Charlotte is harbouring Julia Balinski, who is on the run from someone dangerous.
Dearbhla insists on helping, but matters are complicated when Charlotte’s plan for Julia’s escape falls through. Dearbhla con des in Decco and Carol and asks them to help. However, when Julia contacts someone and puts them all in jeopardy, Carol realises they’re all in over their heads.
