Chef Mark Moriarty concludes his travels this evening with a visit to Kildare, where he meets with Cornish-born 30-year-old Jordan Bailey, who left his post as head chef at the three Michelin star restaurant Maaemo in Oslo to follow his dream and set up his rst restaurant in Ireland.

Jordan has a special space picked out, as he transforms a building site into a unique 24-seat dining experience.

Leaving him to it, Mark returns one month later for the grand opening, where he, Jordan and wife Majken Bech prepare a memorable taster menu for the local food producers in attendance.
