It’s the nal stretch for chef Neven Maguire, but luckily for him he has saved one of the most delicious destinations until last – the south of the Galicia region.
He begins in the town of Carril, where he tries his hand at clam shing, before local chef José María shows him a quick and tasty way to prepare them.
Neven also visits the Pazo de Rubianes estate, where guide Jorge Lombos gives him an eyeopening – and mouth-watering – tour of the stunning vineyards.
