Geo takes to the hospital airwaves on a radio show to declare that he has forgiven Yasmeen for what happened and wants to help her. Meanwhile, Yasmeen anticipates the arrival of a representative from a women’s charity. However, when the woman arrives at the prison, she leaves Yasmeen stunned by what she has to say. Later, Yasmeen receives a book from another inmate about coercive control and is inspired to tell Geo that she does not want to be with him again. As the day of the trial arrives, it all takes its toll on a struggling Yasmeen. She tells Imran she received a visit from someone claiming to have been abused by Geo in the past, and Imran vows to track her down. However, Yasmeen then collapses on the waiting room oor and is rushed to hospital. As Ryan spots a mysterious woman observing Geo and Tim heading to court, Alya tells him that Yasmeen has su ered a heart attack.

The nger of suspicion points rmly in Gary’s direction this week when Laura tells Adam how Gary threatened her and is refusing to contact Rick. Adam is also suspicious of Gary and tells Imran that he’s traced the cash Rick has been sending to his ex, and that the real source appears to be Gary. This leads him to wonder if Rick might actually be dead. Adam decides to confront the subject head-on and approaches Gary, accusing him of having killed Rick Neelan. However, Gary dismisses the accusation outright, although he is left rattled. Later, Gary gets himself into more trouble when he intervenes in Brian’s plans to dig for Roman coins in the woods. When Brian spots Gary loading a shovel into his car boot, Brian and Bernie decide to follow Gary to see what he is up to.
