Win a selection of products from Phyto’s range, Defrisant

-

Do you have frizzy hair? Phyto, the internationally renowned, natural haircare brand, introduces Phyto Defrisant. So many of us battle frizz, whether as a result of humidity or heat damage, summer temperatures, central heating, a workout – we’ve all experienced a moment when our hair went frizzy on us at the worst possible time. If this scenario of frizzy hair is all too familiar, and you’re wondering how to deal with it, you have to try the Phyto Defrisant range – the anti- frizz care range that naturally smooths and protects hair from humidity.

PHYTO was conceived by celebrity hairdresser Patrick Alès, long before the emergence of environmental awareness and botanical hair care trends.

When Patrick was a salon apprentice in Paris in the 1950s, he noticed that chemical-laden products were taking a serious toll on the hands of the hairdressers and the hair of their clientele. The first seeds of his idea for a much gentler, less harmful range of hair products, were quietly sown.

Fascinated by nature, he decided to study the power of plants, their history of use in traditional medicine, and the role they might play to reveal hair’s natural beauty. It was finding ways to rescue his clients’ dry, bleached-out locks that inspired his first products: HUILE D’ALÈS and PHYTO 7. In 1965, Patrick presented PHYTO to the public along with the opening of his first salon near the Champs Élysées, still open today, where his A-list clients such as Brigitte Bardot, Catherine Deneuve and Jackie

Kennedy Onassis were regulars. To be in with a chance to win one of five hampers of Phyto Defrisant products, simply answer the following question: Where did Phyto founder Patrick Alès open his first salon in 1965? Is it: a) The Champs Elysées b) Regent Street c) Friedrichstraße
