Bad times for Berni

Emotions are running high in the village, as Colm is furious that Charlie read Mo’s letter, while Mick is raging that Dee tried to sabotage his relationship with Sandra. He desperately tries to persuade her that whatever Dee said wasn’t true, but it’s clear Sandra still has her doubts, and whether she acts on them remains to be seen.
Elsewhere, Caoilfhionn is worried that she’s put O’shea’s job in jeopardy by posting the video of Briain assaulting Sorcha, and the latter fears it could have a negative impact on her court case. No matter how bad they may be feeling, it pales in comparison to poor Berni, who is astonished that nobody seems to treat Briain any di erently, though locals do at least have Sorcha’s back.
However, as Berni continues to try and come to terms with her ordeal, Briain shatters her fragile defences when he pays an unexpected visit.
