Grainne O’keefe has created a series of cookalong videos filled with tips and tricks, that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on the packs.

THE FRANCIS ST. RANGE INCLUDES:

35 Day Matured Rib-eye Hand Selected Irish Beef – Aged for 21 days on the bone, then further matured to 35 days. A cut with beautiful marbling; savour every juicy melt-in-the-mouthful. 35 Day Matured Striploin Hand Selected Irish Beef – Aged 21 days on the bone, then further matured to 35 days. A leaner cut, with even marbling and exterior ribbon of fat, giving a rich flavour throughout. 14 Day Matured Chateaubri­and Hand Selected Irish Beef – A mild beefy flavour with a touch of delicate marbling. The most tender cut, whether divided into steaks or simply roasted as a joint.

35 Day Matured Côte de Boeuf Hand Selected Irish Beef – Dry aged on the bone for 21 days, then further matured to 35 days. Its rich and intense taste – the result of its flavour-enhancing marbling – make for a true showstoppe­r.
