Sun Safety Tips

1. Apply sunscreen generously and reapply every two hours, especially after swimming or sweating.

2. Seek shade during peak sun hours, typically between 10am and 4pm.

3. Wear protective clothing, including hats and sunglasses, to shield skin and eyes from direct sunlight.

4. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

5. Be mindful of reflective surfaces like water, sand and snow, which can increase UV exposure.
