David Baddiel joins Richard Ayoade on a trek through Jordan.

Walking in the footsteps of the prophets, they travel across the country by road, rail, rotor and hoof over four frenetic days visiting its wonders, dropping in on its deserts, and dipping their toes in its overly-salted seas.

After dropping their bags in Amman, they explore the ancient city before attempting to stock up on a few special Chistmas gifts – a biblical selection box of gold, frankincense and myrrh, which begins with a visit to the Gold Souk.
